Born and raised in Chicago, Illinois, Dredske is a recognized muralist, painter, graffiti, and street artist. The artist is known for his distinctive use of color and figurative styles (influenced by Japanese Manga and Anime, traditional graffiti characters, and fine art portraiture). He began writing graffiti in 1994 as something to do with friends, and it slowly evolved into a serious artistic passion and outlet. Dredske currently lives and works in the city as a painter, muralist, and illustrator. The artist has been involved in exhibitions at Galerie F (2017), Tim Faulkner Gallery (2016), Harrington College (2015), The Zhou B Art Center (2012), OhNo Doom Gallery (2010), The River East Art Center/ Gallery (2009), and Around the Coyote (2006). His work is in the private collection of Jumaane N’Namdi of G.R. N’Namdi Gallery, Erwin Overes of Studio Oh!, and Nathan Mason of the Chicago Dept. of Cultural Affairs.
